wish tree
I don't have time to write a post this morning...because I slept...for 8 hours! Two nights in a row! If I start sleeping like that, it's gonna seriously cut into my blogging (since I can't access blogs or email from work). :)
So today, just two things:
1) THANK YOU again for all of your continued wishes for my birthday and this coming year and supporting me in my intentions and all of it! THANK YOU. It means more to me than I could possibly describe here--you're my tribe.
2) And thanks to Joan who sent me her way, I found Rachel's wish tree project, which is her first "Saturday Seed."
Go read about it if you haven't already--you'll love it! My ribbon is going into the mail today. :)
Okay, three things, I guess, since it just occurred to me...I've been slacking off on the poetry. So, tomorrow, come hell or high water (and if I can beat Jeffrey to the computer), I'm gonna write a poem.
Which reminds me, for those of you who don't already know this, we only have one computer and he does a lot of stuff online (eBay, etc.)...so if it ever seems that days are going by without me stopping by, it's usually because I just haven't had much opportunity to get on the computer. Sometimes I get to write my post and then get bumped off. So please don't think I'm not reading...it sometimes just takes me a few days to get the time to get really caught up. :)
Happy Friday!

8 HOURS Marilyn? ...
EIGHT HOURS?!?!?!?!
I'm laughing because I never get eight hours. Last night I actually went to bed early enough to catch eight hours, but found myself wide awake at 4:30 in the morning where I tossed and turned for awhile before I just gave up on sleep and hightailed it to the laptop to try to squeeze out some long overdue emails while my house still slumbered!
My Ribbon does out in the mail today too... can't believe it is still sitting on my desk :(
But how exciting are Saturday seeds gonna be!?!
Thank you so much for your recent posts... everything you said resonated so deeply with me... and thank you so much for opening up, reaching out, and sharing that 4 year old little girl.
May all her wishes come true.
Have a beautiful, beautiful weekend.
xoxoxo
I am participating with Rachel, too. And I can't wait to see the results.
